‍Reprints
‍We offer a free reprint under the following conditions:
There is a printing error caused by us (e.g., smudged ink, incorrect cutting, or  color mismatch from your approved design).
The product received are damaged in transit.
There’s a material defect affecting quality (e.g., peeling, misaligned printing, etc.).

To request a reprint:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Share clear photos of the issue for our quality team to assess.
Once approved, we’ll reprint and ship your cards at no extra cost.

Refunds
‍Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances, such as:
You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect design or someone else's order).
A payment was made but no order was placed due to a technical error.

Refunds will not be provided for:
Design errors on your end (e.g., typos, low-resolution images).
Color differences due to screen vs. print variation.
Minor cutting shifts within industry-accepted tolerance.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
